These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CuratoraAI, a freemium content-creation platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using CuratoraAI.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use CuratoraAI. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
2. The Service & User Accounts
2.1 You receive a non-exclusive, revocable license to use CuratoraAI in line with these Terms.
2.2 You must provide accurate registration details and keep them updated.
2.3 You're responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account.
2.4 Accounts may be suspended or terminated if misuse or security issues are detected.
3. Subscription Plans & Payments
3.1 CuratoraAI operates with a freemium structure including a Free Tier and Paid plans.
3.2 Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3.3 You authorize CuratoraAI's payment processor to charge your chosen payment method.
3.4 Payments are non-refundable unless legally required.
3.5 Pricing or plan changes may occur, and you will be notified in advance.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use CuratoraAI for illegal, defamatory, infringing or harmful purposes
- attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the platform
- use the Service to create competing products
- bypass security features or share access with unauthorized users
We may monitor platform usage and act if violations occur.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 CuratoraAI's technology, features and design remain the property of its Provider.
5.2 Your generated content (posts, articles, personas) is yours. You grant CuratoraAI a limited license to use that content only to operate and improve the Service.
5.3 You must hold all rights to the content you upload.
6. Data Protection & Privacy
Your data is processed according to the CuratoraAI Privacy Policy, available on the website. By using CuratoraAI, you consent to its terms.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
7.1 CuratoraAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors.
7.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months (or €1 for free users).
7.3 CuratoraAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.
8. Termination
Either you or CuratoraAI may terminate your access at any time. Upon termination, access to features stops and your account may be deleted after a reasonable period. Sections that logically survive do remain in effect.
9. Changes to the Terms
The Terms may be updated periodically. You will be notified of meaningful changes. Continued use of CuratoraAI after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms should be governed by the Portuguese laws unless otherwise required. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before escalating.
11. General Provisions
If any section is found invalid, the remaining parts continue in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement governing your use of CuratoraAI.
